Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from? Every single BACPAKR™ set is shipped directly from our warehouse in the UK. No international transit, no surprise customs fees, and no long waits.

How long will it take to get my order? We know you have trips planned.

  • UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. If you order by 2 PM (Mon-Fri), we aim to have it on your doorstep the next working day.

Do you ship worldwide? Currently, we are focusing on perfecting the travel experience for our UK explorers. We do not ship outside of the UK at this moment.


Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order? We move fast! Because we aim to get your gear out the door the same day, you must request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of ordering. After that, your order is likely already with Royal Mail, and you’ll need to follow our return process once it arrives.

What is your return policy? We want you to love your gear. If you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return your unused set in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Just drop us an email at xlandindustries@gmail.com.

What if my gear is damaged or the zip breaks? We stand by our quality. If you receive a defective item or experience a mechanical failure (like a broken zip), email us with your order number and a photo. We will send out a replacement set immediately, no stress.


Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for a secure, one-click checkout.

Will I be charged customs or taxes? Never. Since we ship from within the UK to UK addresses, the price you see at checkout is the final price. No hidden duties, no "import" surprises.
