1. GENERAL TERMS

  • These terms apply to all purchases made on bacpakr.com (the "Site").

  • By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. in cases of suspected fraud).

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

  • All prices are in GBP (£). Prices are subject to change without notice, but your price is locked once your order is confirmed.

  • Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy in our product images and descriptions. However, due to digital rendering and screen settings, actual product appearance may vary slightly.

  • Availability: We have a limited launch stock. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • UK Focused: We currently ship within the UK only.

  • Delivery Estimates: We aim for Next-Day Delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. However, delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not absolute guarantees.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the carrier confirms delivery to your provided address, the risk of loss or theft passes to you.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • 30-Day Explorer Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Process: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

5. The BACPAKR™ Lifetime Zipper & Seam Guarantee

  • Warranty: We stand by our craftsmanship. We provide a lifetime warranty specifically covering manufacturer defects in zippers and stitching.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover aesthetic wear and tear, accidental damage (e.g. fabric cuts), or misuse (overstuffing beyond physical limits).

  • Claims: To start a claim, contact xlandindustries@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • BACPAKR is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products (e.g. airline baggage fees or damage to items packed inside the cubes).

  • Our total liability is limited strictly to the amount you paid for the product.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on this website including the BACPAKR™ name, logo, "Create Your World" slogan, and custom images is the property of our brand. Unauthorised reproduction or "copy-pasting" of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

8. GOVERNING LAW

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in UK courts.
