We want you to be 100% confident in your gear. If you’re not satisfied with your BACPAKR™ cubes, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email xlandindustries@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Get Approval: We will review your request and provide the return shipping address. Note: Returns must be approved before being sent back to our UK warehouse.

Pack Securely: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please ensure the cubes are neatly folded to avoid damage during transit.

Ship It: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in the post.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your set (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, products must be:

In their original packaging (including the outer sleeve).

In brand-new, unused condition (no dirt, stains, or odors).

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
We cannot accept returns if:

The product shows signs of heavy use or travel.

The fabric is torn or zippers are damaged due to extreme overstuffing/misuse.

The items are sent back without prior email approval.
WARRANTY
The BACPAKR™ Lifetime Zipper & Seam Guarantee
We don't do "flimsy." We believe travel gear should last as long as your passport. All BACPAKR™ products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
What’s Covered:

Breaking or snagging of the compression zippers.

Splitting of the reinforced seams or stitching.

Manufacturing defects in the ripstop fabric.
What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading, or minor stains from travel).

Accidental damage (cuts from sharp objects or airline mishandling).

Misuse (attempting to zip items that are physically too large for the cube).
How to Claim: Email xlandindustries@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. We’ll assess the claim and, if approved, send you a replacement cube immediately.
