We want you to be 100% confident in your gear. If you’re not satisfied with your BACPAKR™ cubes, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email xlandindustries@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Get Approval: We will review your request and provide the return shipping address. Note: Returns must be approved before being sent back to our UK warehouse.

  3. Pack Securely: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please ensure the cubes are neatly folded to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Ship It: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in the post.

  5. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your set (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, products must be:

  • In their original packaging (including the outer sleeve).

  • In brand-new, unused condition (no dirt, stains, or odors).

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product shows signs of heavy use or travel.

  • The fabric is torn or zippers are damaged due to extreme overstuffing/misuse.

  • The items are sent back without prior email approval.


WARRANTY

The BACPAKR™ Lifetime Zipper & Seam Guarantee

We don't do "flimsy." We believe travel gear should last as long as your passport. All BACPAKR™ products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered:

  • Breaking or snagging of the compression zippers.

  • Splitting of the reinforced seams or stitching.

  • Manufacturing defects in the ripstop fabric.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading, or minor stains from travel).

  • Accidental damage (cuts from sharp objects or airline mishandling).

  • Misuse (attempting to zip items that are physically too large for the cube).

How to Claim: Email xlandindustries@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. We’ll assess the claim and, if approved, send you a replacement cube immediately.
